All Sports staff consists of New York State certified educators and Red Cross certified water safety instructors who are fingerprinted and cleared by New York State and Westchester county.

Head counselors receive training in CPR, AED (Automatic External Defibrillator) and the use of the Epipen.

The ASDC staff-to-camper ratio exceeds the New York State requirements of 1 to 10.

Our staff includes many former campers who are dedicated to the ASDC mission.
